This was me & my mom’s first time here and I had an amazing experience! Everyone is so Friendly! And the environment was so nice and clean. John did my nails and he was AMAZING, did a great job on my nails. The pricing was reasonable too! Spent around $120 for my nails & pedicure plus tip. I will most definitely be coming back here!

Update: The only reason im updating instead of deleting and doing another review is because of the employee who my complaint was against really shouldn't be working in that environment. The owner contacted me and scheduled me to come in to get a fill done at no cost. The lady that did my nails today was amazing. She paid attention to detail, didnt rush through and was very sweet. I decided to also get a pedicure today which I have never had a complaint with my pedicures there. All in all this was a much better experience by far. The fact that it was made right will keep my business. I had an appointment the day after valentines day. My appointment was ay 10:30am. Didnt get seat until 11 and then nail tech didnt greet me until 11:15am. It was reiriated 3 times that I was scheduled for a full set. I then had to remind the nail tech that I was scheduled for a full set after she started just doing a fill. She rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed. She used no wrist support like everyone else was and then would yank my hand when they were getting tired from having no support and were no longer relaxed. She was being very rough and at one point I had to yank my hand away because she was filing my finger instead of the nail causing me to bleed. The shape of my nails do not match, the lengths are not the same, she only did 2 coats on 2 nails. Then proceeded to ask if I was happy and it would be $85 . I told her I was not happy at all at this point i had been there almost 2 hours I was over it. When asked again at the counter if I was happy I said no and showed them why and that id like to speak to management. They took 10 dollars off which was still too much for below subpar service. And said someone would contact me. Which is why I waited so long to post. No one has so here we are.

today i came in and had the BEST service i have ever had while getting my acrylics done. Everyone was so kind and gentle and patient and i got the exact design i asked for and the lady in the 3 tone pink sweater who did it (i should have asked her name ) she was soo beyond sweet and gentle with my nails. i don’t think i could have asked for better service! truly amazing service and will be back next month! also such a beautiful place to be, the owner went all out and it is stunning !!
